MFG Day CB brings Career and Technical Education (CTE) students from across the Texas Coastal Bend together with local manufacturers, fabricators, higher education institutions, and workforce development partners to help students envision the career opportunities available in our region.
MFG Day CB is not a hiring event or a business-to-business expo.
Instead, it is an opportunity for students to engage directly with industry professionals through hands-on exhibits, conversations, and interactive workshops. Students gain a better understanding of how the skills they are developing today connect to rewarding careers in manufacturing, while learning about the credentials, certifications, apprenticeships, and educational pathways that can help them stand out after graduation.
By investing a day with these future professionals, participating employers are helping strengthen the region's talent pipeline and inspiring the next generation of the Coastal Bend manufacturing workforce.
